Crystals amplify and raise the energy in your home or work environment. More specifically, you can use them as tools in your spiritual practices, as they assist in focusing your energy or throughout your day by simply having them with/on you.
They have been in my life through my spiritual journey from a young age and still to this day I’ve always got one on me wherever I go. My favourite crystals are Lapis Lazuli and Blue Lace. They’ve helped me with my communication which is an area of my life I believe I have now mastered. Although I feel I have mastered this area, I continue to carry them as it brings me gratitude and reminds me of how far I have come in this journey.
They can make us more aware as well as offering a helping hand to keep us present and in the moment. Even in this manic digital age where distraction is everywhere, crystals are allowing people to reconnect back to nature.
They help support us when we are blocked, lacking in energy, feel slowed down and are there to bring an abundance of the positive things we want to manifest into our lives.
Incenses come in several forms: incense sticks, cones, backflows, dried sage leaves, Sao Paolo sticks etc. Some are traditionally used to cleanse and release any space, person, or object of negative and stagnant energy. They can also be used in rituals, creating ambiance, setting the tone before meditation, and connecting with one’s higher energies such as angels and guides.
White Sage has long been considered a sacred, purifying, and protective plant that emits negative ions which can neutralise the positive ions in our aura in the smudging process.
Most of the incense promote feelings of relaxation, calmness and peace which can aid anxiety, insomnia, and stress. They can also be used to uplift your energy.
These are powerful tools for spiritual and magical practices.
Some view the candle to be the embodiment of all 4 elements. Earth in the base
of the wick that stabilises the candle itself. Water in the wax as it has the properties
of water when it melts from solid to liquid and then gas. Fire in the flame
itself and the air that keeps the flame alight as well as having the ability to
also extinguish the flame. This makes them greatly useful in ceremonies and
alters as when focusing your intentions onto them, your soul can connect and
help manifest your desires.
The colour of the candles also allows for more focus in
connecting to each chakra when meditating. I personally have had profound
spiritual experiences with nothing more than a coloured chakra candle burning in
the room.
